The folks at New Millennium Auto Sales are absolutely the friendliest, most knowledgeable, best group of people to buy a vehicle from in town. If you don't live near Ashland, trust me, make the trip to come see them. You won't be sorry you did. Not only did they get me a great interest rate, the vehicle was priced better than their competitor's offerings and the financing included an outstanding warranty and GAP coverage. The whole experience and process were so easy I couldn't believe it. They even had their website set up so I could see exactly what they had on the lot; make, model, mileage, features, the whole nine yards. I called ahead as a courtesy but walk-ins are just as welcome. I was able to look at vehicles and start test driving almost immediately and ended up finding something just right for me and my family's needs. When I'm in the market for another vehicle (may it be many years from now), I will definitely be shopping with New Millennium again.

My experience had me in and out of the office within 45 minutes, including the test drive! I put in an application online Wednesday morning for a car and by Thursday I was driving away with it! Mr. Book is excellent to work with. When I arrived the car was out front cleaned, shining, and full of gas! Signing the paperwork took no time at all because it had been prepared ahead of time. Great experience here. No one enjoys the car buying process, but Brian and Book made it as smooth as possible. They're willing to negotiate, they know their cars, and they're not pushy at all with upselling. They offer warranties and additional insurance but if you decline them then it's no problem. Free state inspections for life, three month power train and engine coverage, free tank of gas, and they beat my bank's finance rate. If they have the car or truck you want, I think you'll be pleased with the process of buying here.
